POH LEOU MIN
Managing Partner
Ms Poh was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1997, having earned her LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 1996.
She brings a wealth of experience in litigation, conveyancing and corporate advisory, with a strong reputation for her in-depth legal knowledge and practical approach. Today, her practice focuses on representing vendors in complex conveyancing matters, particularly those involving multiple owners, estate transfers and high-value transactions requiring meticulous coordination and insight.

Ms Toh graduated from the University of Malaya with an LL.B. (Hons) in 2001 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2002.
A Partner at SOON & POH since 2007, Ms Toh specialises in property conveyancing and banking documentation, including SME loan financing. Known for her efficiency and attention to detail, Ms Toh ensures smooth, compliant and timely execution of transactions, earning the trust of both individual and institutional clients.

Ms Quah was called to the Bar in 2005 after completing her LL.B. (Hons) at the University of Malaya in 2004. She joined SOON & POH in 2008 and became a Partner in 2010.
Her expertise spans the sale and purchase of properties, housing schemes, subsales and related financing. With a strong grasp of SME and corporate loan documentation, she is well-versed in managing complex transactions with care, clarity and precision.
LAU TENG KHENG

Mr Lau graduated from the University of Malaya with an LL.B. (Hons) in 1997 and was called to the Bar in 1998. He brings over 25 years of experience in civil litigation, property law and estate administration.
His current practice includes applications for probate and letters of administration, sanction for sale applications, non-contested divorces and general conveyancing. Known for his strong legal acumen and methodical approach, Mr Lau provides clients with dependable and comprehensive legal support.
